About Me

My photo
Anh Nguyen Photography
A philosopher thinks, a scientist tests, a businessman deals, and an actor acts. In general, a human simply be. Being an aspiring photographer, my inablity to describe beauty or interesting things through words led me to a camera, thus, I have given up my written words for a well taken picture. To me, a picture DOES worth a thousand words, but it must be taken by a competent and aesthetic soul. All professionals I have mentioned in the beginning and many more, use their skills, talents, and knowledge to uncover a fraction of TRUTH or BEAUTY in the world, and I want to hunt for these higher ideals as a photographer. Ever since I was little, I was fascinated by everything around me: from the ragged desperation in a beggar’s face, the joyful innocence in an infant’s eyes, to a ominous wonder of an approaching thunderstorm, I want to capture them in pictures and share them with the world. I want to be a mirror, reflecting the good, the bad, and every interesting aspect of my subject back at itself or illuminate it to the world. This is, perhaps, the ultimate goal of every photographer: to be an unbiased mirror that can reflect and capture the essense of TRUTH and BEAUTY.
